Supporting Syrian Agriculture: A Meeting Between the Siriana Organization and the Damascus Chamber of Agriculture

The Siriana Organization held a listening meeting with the Damascus Chamber of Agriculture to discuss ways to link relief and development efforts within the Syrian agricultural sector.

The Siriana Organization was represented at the meeting by:

Dr. Ali Al-Zahir, Director of the Organization

Ms. Shayma Al-Awadhi, Deputy Director and Board of Trustees Member

The meeting was held in the presence of the Chamber's Chairman, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Jannan.

During the encounter, participants discussed mechanisms for joint cooperation aimed at supporting farmers, improving agricultural production, and creating sustainable job opportunities in the Syrian countryside
