In addition to its industrial excellence, SAFCO has enriched the scientific field by publishing the first poultry atlas in the Middle East and a sheep breeding guide, establishing academic partnerships, and serving as a consultant to the OIE in drafting pharmaceutical legislation in Lebanon.
