Damascus and Rural Areas Chamber of Agriculture Discusses Boosting Exports and Supporting Farmers
The Damascus and Rural Areas Chamber of Agriculture held its regular meeting at the Chamber’s headquarters, chaired by Mr. Mohammad Jennan, Chairman of the Chamber, and attended by members of the Chamber’s bureau:
• Dr. Majd Ayoub – Secretary of the Damascus Chamber of Agriculture
• Mr. Moataz Al-Sawah – Treasurer of the Damascus Chamber of Agriculture
• Mr. Tariq Khader – Bureau Member of the Chamber
• Dr. Mahmoud Kouri – Bureau Member of the Chamber
The meeting addressed the importance of discussing work mechanisms related to the agricultural sector, ways to strengthen agricultural exports, and identifying the difficulties and problems facing farmers and exporters. The attendees focused on developing appropriate solutions to these challenges in a way that contributes to the development of the agricultural sector and supports the national economy
