Ministry of Agriculture Launches the Rural Woman's Food and Handicrafts Exhibition in Damascus Next Tuesday

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture, and in line with sustainable development plans to economically and socially empower rural women, the Directorate of Agriculture in Damascus and Rural Damascus, in cooperation and partnership with the Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Agriculture, is organizing the "Rural Woman's Food and Handicrafts Exhibition."

The exhibition will officially launch next Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and will run for three consecutive days until the evening of Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the headquarters of the Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Agriculture. Daily visiting hours for the public will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This exhibition serves as a vital platform to highlight the creativity of rural women and open new marketing avenues for their authentic products. It will feature a wide variety of natural food products crafted with high quality and craftsmanship, alongside outstanding artistic pieces and handicrafts that reflect ancient heritage and pulse with local identity.
