Agricultural studies and applied plant pathology research indicate that the progression of infection gradually leads to root and total tree mortality if rapid intervention is not taken. To protect orchards and agricultural seasons, agricultural engineers rely on integrated strategies beginning with the immediate removal of severely infected trees along with good soil drainage to prevent water accumulation which forms an ideal environment for fungal growth, reaching early treatment using specialized approved pesticides to control infection spread. Reports issued by international plant protection research organizations indicate that adherence to early monitoring programs and improving soil aeration reduce tree damage rates by over seventy percent, preserving agricultural production sustainability and vegetation health.
