Damascus - The Board of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Agriculture held its first meeting, chaired by Mr. Haroun Al-Khattab, President of the Federation. The meeting saw the participation of heads of agricultural chambers, board members, and the federation's director across all Syrian governorates, and took place at the headquarters of the Chamber of Agriculture of Damascus and its Countryside.The meeting addressed the current workflow of the agricultural chambers and the difficulties they face. It also discussed mechanisms for finding solutions to the problems experienced by their affiliates, including producers, farmers, and exporters.Furthermore, the attendees discussed the Federation's vision for the upcoming phase, alongside ways to activate the role of agricultural chambers in promoting agricultural exhibitions and working towards developing the agricultural sector to align with the requirements of the next stage
